Important issues concerning transport and accompanying persons at the 41st Meeting of the EPC
Dear Participants,
We are very happy that you have decided to come to Szeged. We will do our best to make this visit unforgettable for you. As far as we are concerned, this is the first time when all of the participants are transferred from/to the airport during the EPC meetings. We would like to run the transports smoothly without inconveniences, therefore, please make sure that you provide us information concerning your flight details (flight number and arrival time). Although it is obvious from the General Information found on our website, we would like to inform you again that the bus transfer from/to Budapest and the 2-Euro-registration fee for the social events are only for those who have registered for the conference. Please make sure that you register your accompanying person as well. All participants (sponsors, invited speakers, presenters, etc.) need to cover her/his accompanying person costs. If any unregistered person turns up at the airport, we will bring her/him down to Szeged ONLY if she/he pays the registration fee at the airport. Please note that an accompanying person costs us approximately 160 Euros (transports and social events); nevertheless, we still very much support your partner to come with you. We also kindly ask you to inform us at the registration desk concerning your flight details (departure time, flight number) and place for your transfer back to the airport.
