CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Participants must register online.

• On-line registration will be open until 24^th June, 2009. From 25^th June, 2009 only on site registration will be available.
• All participants (including invited speakers, presenting authors, accompanying persons) are required to register for the congress. Invited speakers will get special instructions on how to register.
• The registration fee covers the following:
- admission to all scientific sessions
- a conference bag (including program leaflet and conference materials)
- coffee breaks, lunches and social events
(latter are subject to a small registration fee (€2))
- free transport from and to Budapest Ferihegy Airport
(available only before and after the meeting)
- possibility of booking a hotel room at a discounted price via our web page
- discounted registration fee for the Satellite Symposiums

Early birds who register until 11^th May, 2009 will benefit from significant discounts compared to the late or on-site rate.

Refund

Partial refund of registration fee (75%) will be provided for cancellation on or before 1^st June, 2009; no refunds will be given after this date.

REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED UPON FULL PAYMENT.
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL (INFO: http://www.paypal.com) OR BANK TRANSFER WITHIN 24 HOURS OR 3 WORKING DAYS, RESPECTIVELY. OTHERWISE, YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL:
Transfer the money to account@epc2009.hu.  Please note that if you choose to pay by PayPal, a 2% charge will be added to your account to cover part of the costs of the PayPal transaction fee.

Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, €12 will be added to your account to cover costs of incoming international transfer fee on our part!
If a company/institution is paying for your costs, don’t forget to have them indicate your name in the memo so we can easily identify the payment.
